TYPES OF YOGA

HATHA YOGA

Discover a therapeutic type of yoga that strengthens and activates the body and mind. Known for its precise and elegant asanas (poses), it’s in harmony with conscious breathing and correct body alignment. Suitable for all ages and levels.

AIR YOGA

Also known as antigravity yoga. It consists of combining yoga with acrobatic movements, Pilates and dance excercises. The body is suspended on a fabric “swing” hanging from the ceiling. One of its main benefits is that it works musculature without forcing postures and damaging the columne.
