What is Ballet Fit ®?
Ballet Fit ® is a discipline that combines classical ballet with fitness elements.
Directed choreographic activity, which interchanges, continuously or by intervals, cardiovascular work, toning, strength, balance, flexibility and joint mobility. Prescribed by health professionals for the improvement of physical condition.
Its creator, Gloria Morales, studied classical dance and physical education and worked as a teacher. She continued to be linked to the world of dance professionally and developed a method where fitness and ballet, her two great passions, merged to improve the health and quality of life of hundreds of people.
