These days, the number of people deciding to start a sporting activity has increased.. There’s no doubt that this is a very positive and proactive attitude towards movement, which keeps the body healthy and active.
Unfortunately, however, they are not always performed correctly or at the right pace, and this can lead to lesiones, which can be corrected with the most appropriate sports physiotherapy treatment.
