Activate Sports Club is more than a gym: it’s a place especially designed for the entire family to enjoy a healthy lifestyle within an incomparable environment.

Apart from a special space located in the beach area and our Saplings Kids’ Club, your children will be able to attend several classes and sport activities.

GROUP AND PRIVATE SWIMMING CLASSES

Let´s go to the water! Swimming classes where you will develop and strengthen your muscles, learn to swim with complete independence and self-confidence, practicing a complete sport.

GROUP AND PRIVATE PADEL LESSONS

This sport is fun and complete for all ages, which also brings many benefits: physiological, motor and psychosocial. . . and obviously outdoor!

PILATES KIDS

Integral physical exercise that helps to improve attention, balance, flexibility and relaxation, providing the ideal well-being needed for the little ones.

BEACH VOLLEY

Beach Volley for kids is a complete sport in which the whole body is exercised, with little physical contact and a low rate of injuries, as well as great fun and in a group!

YOGA KIDS

A discipline that brings multiple benefits to both the body and the mind of children to prepare them to be more positive and to feel more harmonious with themselves, to increase self-esteem and confidence.

KIDS SPORT INITIATION

It is a teaching and learning process through which the individual acquires and develops the basic techniques of sport. It does not involve regular competition, but playful activities adapted to the possibilities of each child. 

POLE DANCE KIDS

A complete exercise, very dynamic and fun that helps develop individual expression and strengthens self-esteem. They will develop their elasticity, coordination, balance, and strength as they make turns, climb and figures around or on the bar.

ACROBATIC DANCE TRAINING KIDS

It combines many techniques and styles of dance. In addition, it includes jumps, turns, falls, balances, contortions, and handless aerial tricks. It doesn’t matter what techniques are used, but they must be controlled movements of both dance and acrobatics.
